Filming

I started my filming at the weekend and managed to get roughly half of it done. I am pleased with what I have filmed and feel like I can get the second half filmed easily on another weekend next year. I have uploaded my footage onto the editing suite and started to roughly edit it together, hopefully I will be able to export and upload some of it onto my blog before we break off for Christmas to see what I have so far.

Costume and Props

This weekend I bought two cheap T-shirts and cut and sewed them to make the 'super hero' costume. I cut out the letters roughly so it purposely looks homemade and poorly done.


I also collected together any super hero films and comic books which will be placed around the protagonists rooms which shows that he likes and has good knowledge of super hero and shows where he got his inspiration from.

Filming Plans

I feel that I am now ready to start filming and am planning to film half of it next weekend, I have been kept from filming sooner due to media filming which has a tighter deadline. This weekend I will be making the 'super hero' costume which I plan to make by cutting up two red and white long sleeved tops.

Shooting Script

This week i have made my shooting script which will help me when filming, this will act as my checklist so I do not forget to take any shots. I think this is the most realistic of my different types of scripts for shot length and my final film should match this quite closely.

Locations

This week I have taken pictures of locations I will be using for my short film including the house George lives in and different tenfoots in my local area which I can use.
